Overview

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join a growing service-focused business on a flexible contract. This role involves supporting customers, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations, with a unique opportunity to assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will play a key role in the operational success of the team while working closely with the Operations Manager and other staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer calls and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate technician appointments.
  • Create work orders within the CRM.
  • Prepare customer quotations and invoices using Xero.
  • Support customer account and booking queries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and assist with general office administration.
  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day business activities.

Requirements

  • Previous administration or operations support experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Xero, or scheduling engineers is advantageous.
