Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team on a 6-month contract, working in a hybrid capacity. The successful candidate will drive transformation across various teams within a global organization, mentoring them in agile principles and practices. This role will engage closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of agility and ensure measurable improvements from the outset.
Responsibilities
- Coach teams and individuals on agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and address systemic blockers by collaborating with leadership.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance team-level agile capabilities.
- Support cultural and organisational change towards continuous improvement.
- Provide visibility on team health, delivery metrics, and agile maturity progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in medium to large organizations.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience in coaching teams and individuals at various levels.
- Ability to identify and mitigate barriers to agile transformation.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Experience mentoring Senior Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
