Overview
We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to join a retail business that is currently undergoing a significant data transformation program. In this role, you will support the successful execution of the broader data modernization workstream, collaborating with various cross-functional teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of the transformation roadmap. Your experience in managing data-focused projects within agile frameworks will be crucial to leading delivery ceremonies and communicating effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the data transformation roadmap.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and delivery rituals as a certified Scrum Master.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across data, engineering, and business functions.
- Support the delivery of data modernization projects effectively.
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices within the team.
- Monitor project progress and address any impediments that arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in data-focused environments.
- Demonstrated success in delivering data transformation or modernization projects.
- Scrum certification with hands-on experience leading agile ceremonies.
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric sectors, particularly retail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies.
