Overview
We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager with extensive experience in driving systems change within the complex insurance sector, particularly in the Lloyd's and Specialty markets. This role will lead a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team through a significant digital transformation program, ensuring collaboration and alignment between business goals and technology execution. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to promote Agile methodologies and manage delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Underwriting Workbench platform.
- Champion Agile methodologies to foster collaboration across teams.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams and manage dependencies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery reporting.
- Partner with leadership to remove blockers and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Promote a culture of accountability and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering complex systems transformation in the insurance sector.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong background in insurance technology delivery (underwriting, policy administration, claims).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or data intelligence is advantageous.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivery and long-term vision alignment.
