Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to oversee the deployment of a banking platform project. This role will involve close collaboration with a Business Manager to facilitate the sprint process and enhance the team's agile maturity. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in JIRA and agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Own and run the sprint process day to day using JIRA as the core tool.
- Track and report progress to stakeholders.
- Implement ideas and best practices to optimize JIRA and agile processes.
- Support the wider team's agile maturity as the platform deployment scales.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering Agile projects with strong hands-on JIRA experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a Business Manager without direct oversight of the team.
- Understanding of API connectivity and its impact on process efficiency, particularly in banking environments.
- Familiarity with banking or financial platforms is a plus, but not essential.
- Experience with AI deployments is advantageous.
