Overview
The Agile Project Manager will play a critical role in the deployment of a core banking platform, working closely with a Business Manager to enhance agile practices as project delivery progresses. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day sprint processes, utilizing JIRA for tracking and reporting, and supporting the agile maturity of the team during the platform deployment. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project communications and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own and run the sprint process day to day using JIRA as the core tool.
- Track and report progress to stakeholders across the project.
- Implement innovative ideas and methodologies to enhance JIRA and agile processes.
- Support the agile maturity of the team as the banking platform deployment scales.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering Agile projects, with strong hands-on experience in JIRA.
- Ability to collaborate effectively alongside a Business Manager without directing the team.
- Understanding of API connectivity and its impact on reducing manual interventions, particularly in a banking context.
- Familiarity with banking or financial platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with AI deployments is a plus.
