Overview
The AI Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting ongoing projects within the Lending sector of a progressive UK Digital Bank. This hybrid position involves working in the office three days a week and focuses on AI enhancements in Collateral Management and Valuation for business loans, while closely collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the bank's strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects in Lending technology, particularly AI enhancements.
- Collaborate with the portfolio lead and business units to gather and clarify requirements.
- Participate in product ownership activities, contributing to agile project delivery.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder management and communication.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong background in commercial Lending, ideally within a challenger bank or Fintech.
- Experience with AI technologies related to business processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or nCino platforms.
- Proven track record in software delivery from a BA or product perspective.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
