Overview
The AI Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing projects in the Lending space at a leading Digital Bank. This hybrid position involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver AI enhancements for Collateral Management and Valuation processes, contributing significantly to the bank's strategic focus on AI. The contractor will engage in product ownership elements while collaborating with the portfolio lead to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects in the Lending space that involve AI enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.
- Assist in the delivery of AI-assisted Valuation enhancements on business loans.
- Engage in product ownership to drive value stream and agile delivery initiatives.
- Work closely with the portfolio lead to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively to align project goals.
Requirements
- Proven Business Analysis experience within the banking sector, preferably at a challenger bank or Fintech.
- Demonstrated commercial Lending experience in a banking environment.
- Experience with AI technologies as they relate to the financial services industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or nCino software platforms.
- Previous involvement in software delivery from a business analysis or product perspective.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
