Overview
As an AI Delivery Lead, you will be a pivotal figure in guiding clients through AI initiatives that generate measurable value across various transactions and transformations. This role involves collaboration with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and investment teams, to establish and execute AI strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and GenAI programmes for clients across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders and portfolio company leadership to define AI strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions with clear commercial outcomes.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, architects, and product specialists.
- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions from concept to adoption and value realization.
- Support AI opportunities arising from M&A activities and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment throughout engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or GenAI programmes.
- Consulting experience within a leading consultancy or specialist advisory firm.
- Strong client-facing skills capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex transformation programmes and cross-functional delivery teams.
- In-depth understanding of modern AI technologies, LLMs, and enterprise AI implementation.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to connect technology outcomes to business value.
- Highly desirable: experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Value Creation environments.
