We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a leading AI consultancy that specializes in delivering secure, production-grade AI solutions for complex, highly regulated environments. In this role, you will lead AI projects from initial discovery to deployment, creating intelligent systems that leverage advanced reasoning and automation to address real-world business needs. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of these innovative solutions, all while working in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Build production AI applications and workflows.
- Develop retrieval and search capabilities across complex information sources.
- Create data ingestion and document processing pipelines.

Requirements
- Strong Python engineering skills, preferably with FastAPI experience.
- Commercial experience building AI or LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with RAG, semantic search, retrieval systems, or knowledge-driven architectures.
- Experience in document processing, information extraction, or data engineering.
- Proficient in modern cloud technologies, containerization, and deployment methodologies.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
