Overview
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will join a cutting-edge AI organization focused on creating advanced agentic systems that enable LLMs to operate autonomously. You will work collaboratively with research teams to build and refine frameworks, tools, and data processes that enhance intelligent agent performance, allowing them to reason and execute tasks independently. Your role will involve developing scalable systems and running comprehensive experiments to translate innovative findings into impactful applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise LLM-based agents for autonomous reasoning and planning.
- Apply reinforcement learning techniques to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and evaluation tools.
- Collaborate with research teams to produce production-grade systems.
- Manage end-to-end experiments, including model training and evaluation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI, particularly with LLM systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLaMA, GPT, or similar foundation models.
- Understanding of agentic architectures and associated reasoning mechanisms.
- Proven ability to debug, optimise, and scale ML experiments.
