Overview
We are seeking a skilled AI / Machine Learning Engineer to develop and optimize systems that enhance agentic AI capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with research teams to create frameworks and tools that empower intelligent agents to reason, plan, and perform tasks autonomously. This position involves managing experiments and refining large language models to achieve high-performance outcomes in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize LLM-based agents for autonomous reasoning and planning.
- Apply reinforcement learning and tool use techniques to enhance contextual decision-making.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and annotation tools.
- Collaborate with research teams to create production-grade systems from experimental findings.
- Manage end-to-end experiments, iterating on large-scale LLM training and evaluations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI, particularly with LLM agent systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with foundation models such as LLaMA or GPT.
- Strong understanding of agentic architectures and memory/reflection mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and optimize ML experiments.
- MSc or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
