Overview
The AI MarTech Product Lead will play a crucial role in a global organization's initiative to enhance its marketing technology and AI capabilities. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering, to design and implement AI-driven marketing solutions that deliver significant business value. The contractor will have the opportunity to shape an enterprise-scale AI operating model focused on creating intelligent, autonomous workflows within the marketing lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI-enabled marketing products and capabilities.
- Define product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI solutions.
- Design end-to-end AI workflows across the marketing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop connected autonomous workflows from fragmented AI capabilities.
- Shape data strategy, governance, and integration across platforms.
- Drive adoption of AI products across a global user community.
- Translate complex technical concepts into commercially meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering enterprise AI transformation and developing AI-enabled products.
- Background in AI Product Management and MarTech strategy and transformation.
- Familiarity with agentic AI and autonomous AI agents.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and customer engagement platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments, ideally within global or matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of data strategy and architecture.
