Overview
The AI Product Manager will play a critical role in defining and owning the product vision for the integration of AI and CRM across the sales lifecycle within a global engineering organization. Collaborating with various stakeholders, this position focuses on creating a unified operating model during a key digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem to drive the product roadmap and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI and CRM integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate AI and agentic concepts into actionable product features.
- Work closely with cloud, data, and AI engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategy based on analytics and feedback.
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder management throughout product development.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and Azure.
- Experience with defining product strategy within CRM or sales transformation programs.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into commercial value.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in an agile product environment is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's Copilot and agent technologies.
