Overview
The AI Product Manager/Owner will lead the integration of AI and CRM strategies within a global engineering organization during its digital transformation. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define the product vision and prioritize the roadmap for the innovative use of AI technologies across the sales lifecycle. The manager will focus on maximizing commercial value from AI capabilities developed on Microsoft’s platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for AI and CRM integration throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with different business units to gather requirements and insights for the product roadmap.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input and strategic goals.
- Translate complex AI and agentic concepts into actionable strategies that drive business impact.
- Coordinate with cloud, data, and AI engineering teams to ensure agile product delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to enhance product understanding and adoption.
- Monitor industry trends to inform product development and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management within CRM or sales transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Azure, and Copilot.
- Experience in defining and executing product strategy in an agile environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate AI concepts into commercial opportunities.
- Previous experience working with cloud and AI engineering teams.
