Overview
The AI Product Manager will lead the integration of AI and CRM systems for a global engineering organization focusing on enhancing the customer engagement process. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, the manager will drive the product vision and roadmap for AI capabilities built upon Microsoft's technology. This role is part of a significant digital transformation initiative and actively involves working with engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for AI and CRM integration across the sales lifecycle.
- Define and prioritize product capabilities based on stakeholder input and business objectives.
- Translate AI innovations and concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement product features in an agile framework.
- Work alongside stakeholders from various business units to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of market trends and competitor offerings to inform product direction.
- Facilitate communication among technical teams to ensure delivery of product goals.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and Azure.
- Experience in defining product strategy within CRM or sales transformation programs.
- Proven ability to translate AI concepts into commercial value propositions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in working with cloud, data, and AI engineering teams.
- Experience in an agile product development environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage the product lifecycle from conception through to launch.
