Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for AI and CRM integration across the sales lifecycle.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Determine product capabilities to be developed on Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
- Translate AI and agentic concepts into tangible commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with cloud, data, and AI engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and clarity.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and AI technologies.
- Proven experience in defining product strategy within CRM or sales transformation.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into commercial value.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Willingness to travel to Cheltenham as required.
