Overview
The AI Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the integration of AI and CRM systems within a global engineering organization. They will be responsible for crafting the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer engagement through innovative AI solutions. This position is critical to the business's digital transformation strategy, leveraging advanced technologies to drive sales lifecycle improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for AI and CRM integration across the sales lifecycle.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and Azure.
- Experience in defining product strategy within CRM or sales transformation programs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI technologies, including Microsoft’s Copilot.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Previous experience working with cloud, data, and AI engineering teams.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and communication skills.
