Overview
The AI Product Manager will drive the integration of AI and CRM within a global engineering organization, focusing on enhancing customer engagement through digital transformation. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the manager will develop and execute a product vision and roadmap that leverages Microsoft's AI technologies. This role entails engaging with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into practical product features and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for AI and CRM integration across the sales lifecycle.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate AI concepts into actionable products.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on product direction.
- Conduct ADHOC travel to facilitate collaboration with teams in Cheltenham.
- Leverage knowledge of Microsoft's AI and CRM ecosystem to inform product strategy.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and Azure.
- Proven experience in defining product strategy within CRM or sales transformation.
- Ability to translate AI and agentic concepts into commercial value.
- Experience working in an agile product environment with cloud, data, and AI teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
