Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of an innovative EdTech platform aimed at revolutionizing learning through AI. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage key milestones and coordinate effectively with schools and partners to ensure a successful launch next academic year. The successful candidate will work closely with the Founders and drive project operations while navigating the complexities and ambiguities of a fast-paced start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the EdTech platform over the next 6–9 months.
- Collaborate with schools and partners to implement testing, piloting, and validation processes.
- Manage project milestones to ensure readiness for Q1 2026, ahead of a Q4 2026 launch.
- Lead daily project operations while influencing key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in creating an engaging, accredited learning platform for teachers and students.
- Provide structure and delivery focus within a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience in start-up, EdTech, or consulting settings.
- Strong track record in delivering complex projects quickly and efficiently.
- High resilience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in AI-driven learning solutions is highly desirable.
- Flexible, hands-on approach, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes.
- Immediate availability and willingness to attend meetings in the SE England area.
