Overview
The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions in a regulated financial services environment. This hands-on role requires collaboration with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape AI strategies and oversee the deployment of production-grade AI applications, including Generative AI and automated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture for AI-native applications and platforms.
- Design solutions for Generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Define integration patterns for AI with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
- Guide teams in model selection, prompt engineering, and production readiness.
- Establish reusable AI platform capabilities such as model gateways and prompt libraries.
- Design cloud-native AI solutions on AWS using DevOps practices.
- Contribute to AI architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Champion responsible AI practices to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Significant experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python and Java.
- Proven experience with Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in taking AI solutions from discovery through to production deployment.
- Strong knowledge of AI architecture, observability, and security.
- Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval pipelines.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native engineering practices.
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and model risk management.
