Overview
The Amazon Connect Architect will lead the design and implementation of solutions using Amazon Connect, ensuring high availability and resilience across voice, chat, and task workflows. This hybrid role allows collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, focusing on migrating legacy systems and integrating modern cloud services while adhering to security and compliance standards. The architect will also facilitate workshops and translate business needs into effective technical strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define target architecture for Amazon Connect solutions.
- Lead migration from legacy platforms to Amazon Connect.
- Architect integrations with CRM and identity management solutions.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for operational excellence.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and prepare investment cases.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in architecture and engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in contact center technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect implementations.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as IAM, Lambda, and VPC.
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
