Overview
As an Amazon Connect Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering architecture solutions for Amazon Connect across various channels including voice and chat. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead the migration from legacy systems to Amazon Connect, ensuring high availability, compliance with security standards, and optimal resource utilization. This hybrid role allows you to work effectively both remotely and on-site, making significant contributions to enterprise-scale integrations while engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Define target architecture for Amazon Connect ensuring high availability and multi-region resilience.
- Lead end-to-end migration from legacy platforms to Amazon Connect.
- Design and implement IVR/contact flows and analytics capabilities.
- Architect integrations with various CRM and ITSM platforms.
- Implement IAM, encryption, and secure connectivity solutions.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines through automation tools.
- Define KPIs and build dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Conduct workshops and engage in stakeholder management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in architecture and engineering roles.
- 10+ years of experience in contact centre technologies.
- 5+ years of specific experience with Amazon Connect.
- Expertise in AWS services like IAM, VPC, Lambda, and others.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks including GDPR and PCI-DSS.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Experience in serverless development with languages such as Node.js or Python.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale implementations with complex integrations.
