Overview
The AML Data Analyst contractor will play a pivotal role in supporting a leading Private Equity firm's transition of its AML function from an outsourced provider back in-house. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of investor AML data during the migration process while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across different regions. This position requires a proactive approach to manage data quality and compliance, ensuring adherence to internal standards throughout the transition.
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of AML data into the firm's internal systems.
- Review, validate, and enhance investor AML records where source data is incomplete.
- Manage and improve the quality of investor AML data throughout the migration process.
- Identify data gaps and coordinate remediation activities with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure AML documentation and investor records meet internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with Luxembourg and Jersey stakeholders throughout the transition.
- Support the successful delivery of the wider AML insourcing programme.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within AML/KYC operations.
- Experience supporting AML or client data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of investor onboarding and AML documentation requirements.
- Excellent data management and data quality skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Desirable: Experience within Private Equity, Fund Administration, or Alternative Investments.
- Desirable: Previous experience working with third-party fund administrators.
