Overview
We are looking for an Analytics / BI Engineer to leverage a newly built data platform for actionable reporting and analytics in a large regulated organization. The contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI, while also working with Oracle Analytics Server and Snowflake. This role combines analytical skill with innovative technology, focusing on enhancing the organization's data capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build reporting and dashboards in Power BI.
- Work with Oracle Analytics Server as reporting transitions to the new data platform.
- Model data for analytics utilizing dbt on Snowflake.
- Explore Snowflake Cortex for integrating AI-driven insights into reporting.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Power BI for reporting needs.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Solid understanding of SQL and dbt modeling for data reporting.
- Proven experience delivering analytics solutions on Snowflake.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tools in analytics and data modeling.
- Experience in regulated-sector reporting is a plus.
