Overview
We are seeking an Analytics / BI Engineer on a contract basis to enhance and build reporting systems for a cutting-edge data platform. In this role, you will collaborate with a team at a large regulated organization focusing on modernizing their data analytics capabilities, with primary responsibilities including creating dashboards in Power BI and optimizing data models for analytics using Snowflake and dbt. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption of analytics solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build reporting and dashboards in Power BI.
- Collaborate across Oracle Analytics Server as reporting transitions to the new platform.
- Model data for analytics using dbt on Snowflake.
- Leverage Snowflake Cortex to incorporate AI-driven insights into reporting.
- Deliver comprehensive analytics solutions on Snowflake.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance analytics and data modeling.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Solid background in SQL and data modeling with dbt.
- Experience delivering analytics solutions on Snowflake.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools.
- Experience in regulated sector reporting is a plus.
