Overview
We are seeking a skilled Appian & UiPath Developer to join a banking client for a significant automation project. This role involves leveraging expertise in both Appian and UiPath to enhance existing solutions, develop new automation workflows, and contribute to the overall technical design and documentation processes. The successful candidate will collaborate within development squads, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to governance standards across automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and extend the bank’s existing Appian solution to automate processes across legacy systems.
- Design, build, and deploy new RPA workflows using UiPath.
- Participate fully in sprint activities as part of the bank’s development squads.
- Produce clear and complete design documentation for automation and RPA solutions.
- Lead development efforts using Appian and UiPath to ensure high-quality automation.
- Support governance, design reviews, and sign-off processes.
- Provide technical leadership across design and integration within the CNX team.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Appian and UiPath is required.
- Prior experience in banking or BFSI environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation patterns, integration design, and enterprise-level delivery.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within agile squads.
