Responsibilities

  • Investigate application issues and perform initial technical investigations.
  • Validate data through database queries.
  • Support end users by addressing and resolving application-related queries.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide updates on issue status.
  • Help shape and define processes for this newly created role.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems and business processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Application Support or similar technical roles.
  • Proficient in querying databases and validating data.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business practices.
  • Experience in financial services or trading environments is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is beneficial.
