Overview
The Artificial Intelligence Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation and adoption of a new AI platform for a large organization undergoing a significant transformation program. This role focuses heavily on change management, where the consultant will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, training materials, and communications to facilitate the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the organization. The successful candidate will engage with diverse user groups, ensuring the integration of AI into daily operations while promoting effective behavioral change.
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI adoption strategy and implementation roadmap.
- Develop communications, learning materials, and user guidance.
- Deliver workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Promote responsible AI practices and build user confidence.
- Support leaders through organizational and behavioral change.
- Measure adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve the rollout.
- Help embed AI into existing business processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience leading the implementation and adoption of AI or GenAI tools.
- Strong organizational change management and behavioral adoption experience.
- Experience creating communications, training, and rollout materials.
- Practical understanding of Responsible AI and human-in-the-loop working.
- Experience engaging senior leaders and diverse user groups.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
