Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Security Test Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role focusing on automotive systems. In this integral position, you will plan, prepare, and execute cybersecurity testing to ensure compliance and protection against cyber threats, thereby maintaining high security standards for vehicles across global markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address the challenges of cybersecurity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain cybersecurity test environments, ensuring vehicles and test benches are fully prepared for validation. Develop and execute robust cybersecurity test cases in line with global regulations such as UNECE R155 and GB 44495. Deliver clear and detailed test reports, providing insights and traceable documentation for compliance audits. Support global homologation and compliance testing to meet cybersecurity standards. Coordinate and manage security testing activities throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive cybersecurity testing and frameworks, with penetration testing experience being a plus. Proficiency in software development and scripting languages such as C, Java, Python, and CAPL. Strong understanding of global automotive standards and regulations. Experience with diagnostic tools and vehicle communication protocols. Proven ability to manage test planning and coordination for timely delivery of objectives.
