Overview
We are seeking experienced AWS DevOps Engineers to join our team on a contract basis for 6 months, requiring 3 days of onsite work in Manchester. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to manage significant projects related to AWS and the integration of AI within the Software Development Life Cycle, while resolving key issues in the cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cloud-based solutions using AWS technologies.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within AWS environments.
- Support the integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
- Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews.
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability under cloud environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AWS services and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Serverless technology and Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in Manchester.
- Experience in the retail sector is preferred but not essential.
