Overview
We are looking for an experienced Blue Prism RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions within a government environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and security stakeholders to enhance and automate complex business processes, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. This role allows for a hybrid or remote working arrangement, with occasional travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions.
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Produce Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and other technical documentation.
- Configure and maintain Blue Prism environments, objects, processes, and reusable components.
- Develop integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and web services.
- Conduct testing including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues and production incidents.
- Ensure compliance with MoD security, governance, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing enterprise-scale RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture, Object Studio, and Process Studio.
- Experience with integrating Blue Prism with APIs, web services, databases, and third-party systems.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills.
- Experience within secure, regulated, or government environments preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Active SC Clearance or eligibility to undergo the process.
- 3+ years' Blue Prism development experience.
