Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialized in D365/Microsoft Dynamics CE for a high-growth business involved in integration projects. The successful contractor will primarily work from home but is required to travel to the sites of acquired companies in the UK and France to assess requirements and document business processes. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure that CRM integrations meet strategic goals while accounting for regional differences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes across multiple acquired businesses.
- Overlay current and future processes onto D365 CE.
- Identify gaps and collaborate with Functional Consultants on solutions.
- Define and manage requirements contributing to the D365 product roadmap.
- Act as the central point of knowledge for business process and D365-related requirements.
- Anticipate impacts of future acquisitions and regional variations on product design.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process.
- Experience in integrating businesses or working on D365 CE implementations.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Confident in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically about future-state design while delivering immediate results.
- Proficiency in European languages, particularly French, German, or Spanish, is desirable.
