Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a dynamic B2B Commerce programme on a 12-month contract. In this role, the contractor will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data to drive improvements in e-commerce processes and business systems, ultimately enhancing customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and communicate risks, options, and recommendations.
- Analyze and improve B2B commerce processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and bug reports.
- Investigate system, integration, and data issues to identify root causes and support resolution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data teams, and third-party vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, data quality, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience within B2B ecommerce, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Experience working with complex systems, integrations, and data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and ERP/system integration is a plus.
