Overview
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in a leading global investment firm, focusing on the delivery of various SaaS and technology initiatives within a dynamic change team. Responsibilities
- Define and document business and functional requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Support SaaS implementations and internal platform rollouts in private equity and credit sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage data flows, integrations, and APIs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), testing, and release readiness activities.
- Engage in an agile-style team focused on high visibility to senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation in workflows and delivery processes.
- Contribute to the overall transformation initiatives focused on data and AI applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in private equity, private markets, or broader financial services.
- Strong background in data-led projects including reporting, migration, and integrations.
- Experience in small teams or high-ambiguity environments.
- Demonstrated track record supporting SaaS implementations or platform delivery programs.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Some exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and interest in their practical applications.
