Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialized in process mapping to support a client engagement focused on documenting and validating current state business processes prior to an operating model assessment. The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and engage in hands-on delivery of clear, accurate process documentation, while collaborating effectively and navigating tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Capture and document current state business processes through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Validate existing process documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying gaps as necessary.
- Produce clear process maps using BPMN or equivalent notation, along with supporting narratives.
- Highlight risks, control weaknesses, and ownership gaps to inform the operating model assessment.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the engagement lead.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record in process mapping and current state assessments.
- Proficient in BPMN or similar process notation and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio.
- Strong skills in stakeholder interviewing and facilitation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely under tight deadlines.
- Must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK.
