Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a Finance Transformation initiative focused on implementing ServiceNow alongside various ERP systems. The successful candidate will engage with Finance stakeholders, contributing to the documentation of business processes and supporting the integration of new workflows. This role will require collaboration with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition and standardization of finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state workflows.
- Document As-Is and To-Be processes, business requirements, user stories, and process maps.
- Support the implementation of ServiceNow Finance workflows, ensuring effective integration with existing ERP platforms.
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Architects, and Product Owners on the design and implementation of standardized finance processes.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness, and change management activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Finance Transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) finance processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations or projects integrating ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics).
- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, and process mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially across Finance and Technology teams.
