Overview
The Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement will play a pivotal role in shaping user-centric digital transformation solutions that drive meaningful impact for mission-driven organisations. Collaborating with a team of consultants, developers, and project managers, the contractor will engage with stakeholders to identify requirements and streamline processes to ensure successful project implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project teams to design scalable, user-centric D365 CE solutions.
- Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
