The Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement will play a pivotal role in shaping user-centric digital transformation solutions that drive meaningful impact for mission-driven organisations. Collaborating with a team of consultants, developers, and project managers, the contractor will engage with stakeholders to identify requirements and streamline processes to ensure successful project implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business needs and pain points.
  • Translate stakeholder goals into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project teams to design scalable, user-centric D365 CE solutions.
  • Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.
  • Champion continuous improvement and user experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to document and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
  • Passion for purpose-driven work and making a real-world impact.
