Overview
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing projects within the Lending sector of a dynamic UK Digital Bank. Working in a hybrid capacity, this individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and drive advancements in AI technologies related to Collateral Management and Valuation processes. This position combines business analysis with elements of product ownership to enhance the bank's agile delivery strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Support the portfolio lead in delivering AI enhancements to lending operations.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technical staff.
- Contribute to product ownership in alignment with business strategy.
- Analyze and document current processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the validation of AI-assisted valuation methodologies.
- Engage in ongoing project planning and execution to meet project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector.
- Strong background in commercial lending processes.
- Experience with AI technologies, particularly in financial services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or nCino platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in software delivery from a BA or product perspective.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
