Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify data business problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Document, organise, and prioritise requirements to ensure clarity among stakeholders.
- Challenge business requirements to ensure solutions meet anticipated benefits.
- Define and evaluate business problems while eliciting requirements using data modelling techniques.
- Plan and deliver analysis outputs on time, maintaining quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Validate technical solution designs to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Identify and assess solutions, tracking benefits and conducting readiness assessments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven business analysis skills in an automotive or structured project environment.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong report writing capabilities and experience in facilitating workshops or presentations to senior managers.
- A logical and analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with project delivery methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2).
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with change management methodologies like Six Sigma.
- Business Analysis accreditation (ISEB Diploma/IIBA/BCS) is required.
