Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis until December 18th, 2026. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within a fast-paced automotive and manufacturing environment, focusing on understanding complex business needs and delivering actionable solutions that drive measurable value. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting IT change initiatives by ensuring that business challenges are turned into structured insights and clear requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities on complex IT change initiatives.
- Elicit, analyse, document, and manage high-quality requirements linked to business outcomes.
- Translate business problems into structured insights, user stories, and process models.
- Support business case development with benefits definition and cost/benefit analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to clarify priorities and drive alignment.
- Validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business needs and outcomes.
- Define and assure non-functional requirements related to operational readiness.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts with strong traceability and governance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in business analysis within complex IT change environments.
- Proven skills in requirements engineering, process modelling, and data analysis.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Ability to create user stories and acceptance criteria, including GHERKIN format.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in contributing to business cases and value-led delivery.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Preferred experience with cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise systems.
