Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a focus on payroll to support a significant Dayforce implementation project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the payroll workstream, collaborating effectively across teams including Payroll, HR, Finance, and technical units to ensure a successful integration. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring attendance on-site in Somerset two days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own the payroll workstream including requirements gathering and process design.
- Manage data migration tasks such as mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support and oversee parallel payroll runs, investigating discrepancies as needed.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder requirements effectively.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management processes.
- Engage in cutover planning and payroll integration efforts as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in payroll, HR, or HCM transformation initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll processes.
- Previous involvement with Dayforce or Ceridian implementation projects is preferred.
- Strong background in data migration methodologies.
- Experience with UAT, defect management, and achieving payroll sign-off is essential.
- Familiarity with IFS, Workforce Management, and operational workforce methodologies is advantageous.
