Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams on IT projects within an international transportation organization. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and facilitating effective solution delivery while contributing throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to improve business processes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement engineering and business case preparation.
- Ability to challenge business needs and existing processes.
- Demonstrated analytical skills within complex business and IT environments.
