Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the banking sector. The contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and support the implementation of Dynamics 365, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role focuses on driving process improvements and effective communication with technical teams and product owners.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Support Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancements, and testing activities.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and business standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE preferred).
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications.
