Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in the insurance and claims sector to join a high-profile transformation program. The successful candidate will work closely with various business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, facilitating the implementation of system and process changes while ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements in the insurance claims domain.
- Produce high-quality process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of system and process changes, engaging with technology teams, vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Contribute to testing activities, including test planning and user acceptance testing support.
- Facilitate workshops to communicate complex concepts and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Assist in change impact assessments, readiness preparation, and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the insurance industry with solid knowledge of claims processes.
- Strong core Business Analyst skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working on complex change programs and delivering impactful results.
- Exposure to the London Market is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with system-to-system migrations and low-code/no-code technology environments is preferred.
