Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract focused on a complex Delegated Authority (DA) program. In this hybrid role, the contractor will collaborate with operational teams and senior stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, redesign processes, and facilitate the successful integration of program deliverables into everyday business operations. A strong understanding of DA technology platforms will be essential for bridging communication between business users and IT delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement across coverholder to define and validate DA business requirements.
- Map and redesign DA lifecycle processes including binding, bordereaux management, claims handling, and reporting.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT and delivery teams.
- Produce high-quality process flows, use case diagrams, and wireframes to illustrate requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in the delegated authority space and an ability to articulate its nuances and challenges.
- Proven track record in delivering Target Operating Models and process mapping, preferably using Visio.
- Deep understanding of change methodologies and experience in applying them to realize project benefits.
- Familiarity with DA technology platforms such as VIPR, Tide, DistriBind, and DDM.
