Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to engage in high-impact IT change initiatives within a dynamic automotive and manufacturing environment. This contract role, operating until December 18, 2026, will focus on gathering business requirements, shaping solution designs, and ensuring that change initiatives yield tangible benefits. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams and senior leadership, to transform business challenges into structured insights and actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex IT change initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage high-quality requirements linked to business outcomes.
- Translate business challenges into structured insights, user stories, and actionable recommendations.
- Support business case development, including cost-benefit analysis and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to clarify priorities and drive alignment.
- Validate solution designs to meet business needs and operational requirements.
- Define and assure non-functional requirements for solution readiness.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts with strong traceability and governance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in business analysis within complex IT change environments.
- Proven skills in requirements engineering, process modeling, and solution evaluation.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Confident in creating user stories and acceptance criteria in GHERKIN format.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and bring structure to complex requirements.
- Experience in developing business cases and benefits analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise systems is beneficial.
