Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major supply chain transformation project as part of a high-performing team implementing a Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to sites in the Midlands and North East. The engagement is for an initial six-month contract with the potential for extension, aimed at delivering a successful go-live within the next year.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the Blue Yonder WMS implementation.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to support supply chain transformation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Support the development of testing and validation plans for the WMS implementation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within supply chain environments.
- Demonstrable experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations.
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS is highly advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
