Business Analyst

Overview

The Contract Business Analyst (DLT & Tokenisation) will play a key role in a strategic digital collateral platform initiative within the capital markets industry. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, the analyst will lead the definition of the Target Operating Model and business requirements, driving the transformation towards greater operational efficiency and collateral mobility. This consultative position requires bridging the gap between business and technology teams as the organization embraces the benefits of distributed ledger technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead TOM definition and business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior business sponsors in digital assets and collateral.
• Bridge communications between business and technology teams on DLT initiatives.
• Support the development of a next-generation tokenised collateral platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within financial services.
• Proven ability to define Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Knowledge of Digital Assets, Tokenisation, and DLT concepts.
• Collateral management experience is highly desirable.
• Background with major financial organizations like DTCC, J.P. Morgan, or HQLAx is a plus.
