Overview
We are seeking a contract Business Analyst to contribute to critical project initiatives for a government client on a remote basis. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and focuses on supporting public sector transformation projects, making it ideal for candidates with a strong consultancy background. The position is expected to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyse and produce requirements and design artefacts including user stories and process maps.
- Define requirements related to data governance and access requests.
- Maintain requirements traceability and support Product Backlog prioritisation.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing, and business readiness activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex digital and data platforms.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies, preferably Scrum.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Desirable knowledge of Digital Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) systems.
